Inter-Lakes Health CFO Tristan Glanville to Step Down

Tristan Glanville, CFO of Ticonderoga, N.Y.-based Inter-Lakes Health, announced plans to leave the health system to accept the CFO role at Tupper Lake, N.Y.-based Adirondack Health, according to a Press Republican report.

Mr. Glanville’s last day at Inter-Lakes Health will be April 4.

Also leaving the organization on April 4 is William “Chip” Holmes, CEO of Inter-Lakes Health, who announced his resignation in early February.
