1. Mr. Cash is currently president of Integris Miami (Okla.) Hospital, a position he has held since 2014.
2. Prior to being named president of Integris Miami, Mr. Cash was assistant vice president of operations and physician practice management at Integris Bass Baptist Health Center in Enid, Okla.
3. Until Integris Miami finds a replacement, Tim Bowen, current president of Integris Grove (Okla.) Hospital, will serve as interim president of Integris Miami Hospital.
