1. Mr. Splitt has served at the helm of the health system on an interim basis for the last eight months.
2. Prior to that, he was chief administrative officer of Norman Regional HealthPlex and Norman Regional Moore (Okla.).
3. He also led the expansion of the health system’s robotic surgery and cardiovascular service programs.
4. He is a fellow with the American College of Healthcare Executives.
5. Mr. Splitt holds a master’s degree in business administration from Oklahoma City University.
