Mr. Wachtel also serves as CEO of Ponca City (Okla.) Medical Center and will continue to serve in this role in addition to his new duties.
Prior to joining PCMC, Mr. Wachtel served as COO of Deaconess Hospital in Oklahoma City.
Additionally, Sheryl Schmidtberger, CFO of INTEGRIS Blackwell, will serve as CFO of PCMC. Ms. Schmidtberger was serving as interim CEO at INTEGRIS Blackwell for the past four months.
