Mr. Dolan joined the PVGH team in February as CFO. He will continue serving in this role in addition to his new CEO duties.
Mr. Dolan’s CEO appointment is temporary, and he will fulfill duties on an as-need basis. Further evaluations on how to proceed with the CEO position will occur in the next six to 18 months, according to the report.
