Here are three things to know about Mr. Ferguson and his new position.
1. As CFO of IHN, he will lead organizational functions including finance, accounting, information management/data analytics and network contracting, according to the report.
2. Mr. Ferguson most recently served as vice president of finance for Fort Myers, Fla.-based 21st Century Oncology.
3. Mr. Ferguson has also held leadership roles with Blue Shield of California, WellPoint (now Anthem) and Oakland, Calif.-based Kaiser Permanente, according to the report.
