Fredericksburg, Va.-based Mary Washington Healthcare has promoted Eileen Dohmann to senior vice president and CNO, according to The Free Lance-Star.

1. Ms. Dohmann has worked at Mary Washington Healthcare since 2004.
2. She has been director of home health and hospice, vice president of nursing for Mary Washington Hospital in Fredericksburg and vice president of clinical operations, according to the report.
3. In her most recent role, she served as the vice president of quality and patient safety.
