Mr. DiAngelo has worked with the three-hospital health system 20 years. He began as CFO in 2000 and added executive vice president to his title in 2012. He has served as president and CEO since January 2014.
With Mr. DiAngelo at the helm, Inspira saw its patient access points more than double, from 60 to more than 150, including 10 new urgent care centers, Inspira said. He is credited with leading the $34 million Inspira Medical Center Vineland (N.J.) expansion project as well as playing a key role in the launch of the health system’s innovation center.
Inspira expects to name Mr. DiAngelo’s successor by next year.
