Indiana University Health names Dr. Michelle Janney COO: 3 points

Indianapolis-based Indiana University Health has tapped Michelle Janney, PhD, to serve as executive vice president and COO.

1. Dr. Janney has served as interim COO for the last 10 months in addition to serving as the organization’s chief nurse executive.

2. She will continue as chief nurse executive until her successor is identified.

3. She holds a doctorate in administration and leadership from University of Toledo (Ohio).
