Illinois system taps new CFO

Springfield, Ill.-based Hospital Sisters Health System tapped Michael Scialdone as its new senior vice president and CFO, effective Jan. 8.

Mr. Scialdone replaced Kim Hodgkinson, who abruptly left the health system Sept. 7.

Mr. Scialdone previously served as executive vice president and CFO of Brevard, Fla.-based Health First. He also served as CFO of Colorado Springs, Colo.-based Memorial Hospital University of Colorado Health and Colorado Springs-based Penrose-St. Francis Health, according to a Dec. 22 HSHS news release.
