Ms. Sebastian, who runs a healthcare consulting firm, has more than 29 years of experience in healthcare administration and succeeds Dennis Hutchison, who has served as interim administrator since Dec. 2008.
St. Joseph’s is run by Hospital Sisters Health System, which sponsors 13 hospitals and an integrated physician network in Illinois and Wisconsin.
