Karen Tracy, RN, is retiring as CEO of Rochelle (Ill.) Community Hospital.
She has been with the organization for 34 years, according to a Sept. 23 Facebook post from the hospital.
Ms. Tracy joined the hospital as director of quality management in 1992 and has served as CEO since July 2023, according to her LinkedIn profile.
