Houston Methodist has named Kyle Stanzel CEO of Houston Methodist Clear Lake Hospital, effective April 6.
Mr. Stanzel currently serves as vice president and COO of Houston Methodist West Hospital, according to an April 7 health system news release shared with Becker’s. In that role, he oversaw day-to-day operations, facility growth and development.
He will succeed Carl Little, who was recently named CEO of Houston Methodist West.
Mr. Stanzel joined Houston Methodist West in 2018 and has more than 18 years of healthcare experience. He previously spent more than a decade with Houston-based Memorial Hermann Health System, where he held several roles, including vice president of operations at Memorial Hermann Cypress (Texas) Hospital.
