Ms. Showalter has served in various management roles in hospital and nursing operations in academic medical centers and community hospitals. She was CNO for St. Francis Medical Center in Richmond, Va. Ms. Showalter also has experience in nursing performance and clinical redesign, having worked for a decade with national consulting firms, including PricewaterhouseCoopers, Huron Consulting, Deloitte and as a partner with Berkeley Research Group.
