The partnership, announced in June 2014, is called the Innovative Health Alliance of New York.
Ms. Gilboard previously served as president of MetroWest Accountable Health Care Organization based in Natick, Mass. From 2006 to 2010, she served as director of health technologies and from 2010 to 2012, she was director of the Massachusetts Regional Extension Center at the Massachusetts Technology Collaborative in Boston. Before that, she was executive director of the Lowell (Mass.) General Physician Hospital as well as director of managed care programs at the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary in Boston.
