Hoke Healthcare president Velvette Jones resigns

Velvette Jones, MBA, who last year joined Hoke Healthcare, part of Fayetteville, N.C.-based Cape Fear Valley Health System, has resigned.

Ms. Jones, who was hired to lead the Cape Fear Valley Health System’s expansion into Hoke County, resigned as preparations to open Hoke Hospital begin to wrap up. The new hospital is slated to open in February 2015.
