Highlands Hospital promotes CFO to permanent CEO: 3 things to know

Highlands Hospital in Connellsville, Pa., selected John Andursky to serve as permanent president and CEO.

Here are three things to know:

1. Mr. Andursky became acting CEO of the hospital seven months ago in addition to his role as CFO.

2. He served as the hospital’s CFO for 17 years.

3. He was previously supervisor of corporate accounting at Monongalia General Hospital, now known as Mon Health Medical Center in Morgantown, W.Va., according to a Herald-Standard report.
