1. Ms. Strike is returning to Allina Health from Press Ganey, where she worked as a consultant.
2. She served as president of Allina Health’s Mercy Hospital-Unity Campus in Fridley, Minn., from 2013 through 2016.
3. Ms. Strike has also held leadership roles at St. Joseph’s Hospital in St. Paul and Fairview Ridges Hospital in Burnsville, Minn.
