Here are three things to know about Ms. Boykin.
1. She was previously the associate CNO at Richmond-based Henrico Doctors’ Hospital, as well as the associate CNO at Chippenham Hospital in Richmond.
2. Ms. Boykin has more than 18 years of nursing experience. Her leadership career began at Henrico, where she served as nurse manager of the neurovascular intensive care unit.
3. At Henrico, she was also nursing director for several units: the neurovascular intensive care unit, the neurovascular step down unit, the medical oncology, surgical oncology and cardiac medical intensive care units, the interventional unit and the progressive care unit.
