HCA Virginia Appoints CEOs for Parham Doctors’, Retreat Doctors’ Hospitals

Richmond-based HCA Virginia has filled the newly created CEO positions at two of the health system’s hospitals, effective May 1, according to a Richmond Times-Dispatch report.

Zach McCluskey will serve as CEO of Parham Doctors’ Hospital. Since August, Mr. McCluskey has served as COO of Retreat Doctors’ Hospital. Prior, he was COO of TriStar StoneCrest Medical Center in Smyrna, Tenn.

Terika Richardson has been selected as CEO of Retreat Doctors’ Hospital. Ms. Richardson has served as COO of Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center in Fredericksburg, Va., since October 2008. Prior, she was associate administrator of Reston (Va.) Hospital Center.
