CEO of Memorial Hospital in Virginia to Become Valley Health COO

Memorial Hospital in Martinsville, Va., has announced CEO Grady “Skip” Philips has resigned and will be moving to a new role as COO and vice president of Valley Health System and Winchester (Va.) Medical Center.
