Valerie Newman has been appointed COO of Menorah Medical Center in Overland Park, Kan., she wrote in a May 4 LinkedIn post.
Ms. Newman has served as COO of St. David’s Georgetown (Texas) Hospital since October 2024, according to her LinkedIn profile. Before that, she was vice president of operations at Medical City Weatherford (Texas) Hospital.
All three hospitals are part of Nashville, Tenn.-based HCA Healthcare, which Ms. Newman joined in 2019 as an administrative resident.
Menorah Medical Center is an acute care hospital with more than 190 beds.
