Ms. Johnson currently serves as CFO of Richmond, Va.-based HCA Capital Division. Before then, she was CFO for numerous HCA hospitals, including Presbyterian/St. Luke’s Medical Center in Denver, Memorial Hospital in Jacksonville, Fla., and Central Florida Regional Hospital in Sanford, Fla. She worked within the HCA family for 21 years. HCA is searching for a new Capital Division CFO.

Ms. Johnson succeeds Rick Shallcross, who is retiring after 25 years with the organization. Mr. Shallcross served as a group CFO for HCA since 2001, prior to which he held a number of leadership roles within HCA, including Utah Division CFO.
