HCA Florida hospital taps assistant CFO from Kaiser

West Palm Beach-based HCA Florida JFK North Hospital has named Gianluca Salvatori assistant CFO.

Mr. Salvatori joins the 280-bed hospital from Oakland-based Kaiser Permanente where he served as director of finance and physician HR, according to a Sept. 13 HCA Florida news release shared with Becker’s. During his time at Kaiser, he was instrumental in developing and implementing several performance monitoring initiatives that continue to be utilized across the organization.

“We are thrilled to welcome Luca to the HCA Florida JFK North Hospital team,” the hospital’s CFO Tom Schlemmer said in the release. “His proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with physician leaders and his expertise in identifying opportunities and implementing cost-effective strategies will be invaluable.”
