Mr. Lovelace previously served as COO of HCA Florida Kendall Hospital in Miami. He also served as COO of HCA Florida St. Lucie.
Mr. Lovelace will begin his new role May 22, according to the release.
HCA Florida Kendall and HCA Florida St. Lucie are both part of Nashville, Tenn.-based HCA Healthcare.
