HCA Florida Fort Walton-Destin Hospital in Fort Walton Beach has named Jared Whipkey assistant chief financial officer, according to an Aug. 18 post on the hospital’s LinkedIn page.
Mr. Whipkey brings more than a decade of hospital finance and executive leadership experience to the role, according to the post. He previously served as CFO of Milton, Fla.-based Santa Rosa Medical Center.
HCA Florida Fort Walton-Destin has 331 licensed beds and more than 1,200 employees, according to its website. The hospital is part of Nashville, Tenn.-based HCA Healthcare.
