HCA continental division welcomes CEO

Chad Christianson is the new president and CEO of Nashville, Tenn.-based HCA Healthcare’s continental division.

Mr. Christianson began the new role in January after most recently serving as president and CEO of the HCA Florida Ocala system, a spokesperson confirmed to Becker’s on June 6.

In his current role, he leads HealthONE in Denver as well as Wesley Healthcare in Wichita, Kan.

HCA’s two-state continental division consists of nine acute care hospitals, one rehabilitation hospital, two pediatric hospitals, a behavioral health and wellness campus and programs, multiple freestanding emergency departments, ambulatory surgery centers, and dozens of physician practices and urgent care clinics.
