2. He previously served as CEO of Green Bay, Wis.-based BayCare Clinic.
3. He also formerly owned and operated a healthcare management consulting firm.
4. Mr. Mason is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
5. He replaces Jon D. Braband, who will retire July 5 after a 25-year tenure.
