1. His background involves hospital financial operations such as financial management, revenue cycle and third-party reimbursement, according to the report.

2. Most recently, he was CFO of Gouverneur (N.Y.) Hospital.

3. Mr. Lang, a certified public accountant, earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from State University of New York at Fredonia.
