Ms. Buck joined Froedtert Hospital as a staff nurse in 1982 and became president of the hospital in 2011, according to an email from Catherine Jacobson, president and CEO of Milwaukee-based Froedtert Health, to the hospital’s staff, obtained by Becker’s Hospital Review.

“Her accomplishments and national recognitions are too numerous to list here, but for those who have had the good fortune of working with Cathy, her legacy will include principled leadership, incredible work ethic and wise mentorship,” said Ms. Jacobson.

Eric Conley will succeed Ms. Buck as Froedtert Hospital president, effective July 1, 2020. He is currently senior vice president and COO of Froedtert Hospital.
