Former Mercy Health COO takes top post at Texas hospital

Sean Dardeau is the new CEO of 414-bed Texoma Medical Center in Denison, Texas.

Mr. Dardeau’s tenure with Texoma Medical Center, part of King of Prussia, Pa.-based Universal Health Services, began April 17. 

Mr. Dardeau most recently served as COO of Mercy Health – Cincinnati, part of Cincinnati-based Bon Secours Mercy Health. He took on the role in April 2021, overseeing the operations of five Mercy Health hospitals. He left the position in September 2022, according to LinkedIn.  

Before Mercy Health – Cincinnati, Mr. Dardeau served as market CEO for Valparaiso, Ind.-based Northwest Health’s Porter Regional, La Porte and Starke hospitals.
