Tavares-based Florida Hospital Waterman appointed Terri Warren CFO, effective Nov. 5.

2. She has 22 years of healthcare industry experience.
3. Ms. Warren holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
4. She succeeds Fran Crunk, who left for an opportunity at Florida Hospital Ocala.
