Florida Hospital Flagler names CMO, OR nurse manager

Florida Hospital Flagler in Palm Coast has recently named two new leaders: Ronald Thomas, MD, is the hospital’s new CMO, and Lauretta Kiniery, BSN, is now nurse manager of the hospital’s operating rooms.

Dr. Thomas most recently served as regional medical director for Best Practices/EmCare. He is board certified in internal and emergency medicine and has a master’s degree in public health.

Ms. Kiniery, who has nearly 40 years of experience as a perioperative nurse, most recently served as OR nurse manager for Inova Mount Vernon Hospital in Alexandria, Va. In addition to her BSN, she has a certificate in surgical services management and holds a Certified Nurse Operating Room certification.
