Fisher-Titus Health System appoints Matthew Mattner COO

Norwalk, Ohio-based Fisher-Titus Health System named Matthew Mattner COO.

Mr. Mattner comes to Fisher-Titus from Cleveland Clinic Lutheran Hospital, where he served as COO.

He previously served in the U.S. Army for 27 years. While there, he worked in several healthcare-related roles, including as CEO/commander of the U.S. Army Fort Drum (N.Y.) Medical Department Activity. He was also deputy COO/deputy chief of staff at the U.S. Army V Corps Headquarters in Wiesbaden, Germany.

Mr. Mattner is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
