2. Prior to joining First Choice, Mr. Keller was senior vice president of finance and CFO of Louisville, Ky.-based RehabCare, a national provider of physical, occupational and speech-language rehabilitation services.
3. Mr. Keller also previously was senior vice president of finance of Louisville, Ky.-based PharMerica, which offers long-term care pharmacy services nationwide.
