Firelands Regional Medical Center names Denise Parrish CNO: 3 points

Firelands Regional Medical Center in Sandusky, Ohio, has tapped Denise Parrish, RN, to serve as vice president of patient care services and chief nursing officer, effective July 8.

1. Ms. Parrish most recently served as vice president of patient care services and chief administrative officer at Ascension Mercy Hospital in Oshkosh, Wis.

2. She has 21 years of nursing experience.

3. She succeeds Beverly Schrickel, RN, who is retiring after 40 years with the hospital.
