Fayette Regional Health System in Connersville, Ind., named Alison Gates COO.

1. Ms. Gates has worked at the health system since 2002, most recently serving as associate administrator.
2. During her time with the health system, Ms. Gates has been involved in many facility expansion and renovation projects.
3. She earned her master's degree in business administration with a focus on healthcare management from Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion.
