Alyson Szczuka has been appointed interim chief human resources officer at Chattanooga, Tenn.-based Erlanger, she wrote in an Oct. 8 LinkedIn post.
Ms. Szczuka joined Erlanger in March 2025 as vice president of human resources business partners, according to her LinkedIn profile.
Before joining Erlanger, she was head of employee relations and human resources compliance at Franklin, Tenn.-based Acadia Healthcare. Before that, she was director of human resources at Brentwood, Tenn.-based Lifepoint Health.
Erlanger is a seven-hospital system and is affiliated with the University of Tennessee Health Science College of Medicine.
