2. He also was also previously the president of Steward Carney Hospital in Dorchester, Mass.

3. He has more than 20 years of experience in healthcare administration, financial management and quality care.

“As we continue to grow and expand our strategic collaborations with entities like Kaleida Health and the University at Buffalo, along with ECMCC’s key role in the Millennium Collaborative Care effort, I am confident Andy’s background and experience will strengthen further the various initiatives we pursue jointly with our health care partners,” said ECMC President and CEO Thomas J.
