Elite Care picks former HCA division CFO as its CEO: 3 things to know

Elite Care 24 Hour Emergency Rooms, with locations throughout Houston, San Antonio and Dallas-Fort Worth, has named John Armour CEO, effective Jan. 18, according to a report published by the Pearland Journal.

Here are three things to know about Mr. Armour.

1. He has more than two decades of healthcare financial management, operations management and accounting experience.

2. Previously, he was CEO of Parallon Business Solutions and hospital CFO at HCA Gulf Coast Division — a division of Nashville, Tenn.-based Hospital Corporation of America.

3. Mr. Armour earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from Magnolia-based Southern Arkansas University and holds a Certified Materials Resource Professional accreditation.
