Mr. Hoover most recently served as vice president of operations of Wesley Healthcare in Wichita, Kan. With more than a decade of healthcare experience, he has also served as surgical and emergency services business manager at North Suburban Medical Center in Thornton, Colo.
He is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and earned an MBA from Regis University in Denver.
