Mr. Faus currently serves as interim COO of Poudre Valley Hospital in Fort Collins, Colo. Previously, he was CEO of Estes Park (Colo.) Medical Center. He succeeds Carol Dozier, who has relocated to Madison, Ind.-based King’s Daughters’ Health.
