Mr. Grote comes to Glendale Memorial from Dignity Health-Saint Francis Memorial Hospital in San Francisco, where he was senior director of hospital operations. He has also held ” previous leadership roles in quality, regulatory compliance and inpatient behavioral health,” Jill Welton, president of Glendale Memorial, said in a news release.
He has 30 years of healthcare experience.
