Dignity Health appoints CEO for Mark Twain Medical Center: 3 things to know

San Francisco-based Dignity Health tapped Doug Archer to serve as president and CEO of Mark Twain Medical Center in San Andreas, Calif., according to Calaveras Enterprise.

Three things to know:

1. Mr. Archer most recently served as president of Sutter Health’s Memorial Hospital Los Banos (Calif.).

2. He spent 20 years working at Sacramento-based Sutter Health.

3. He is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and California Association of Healthcare Leaders.
