Daniel Knell Appointed President of Quincy Medical Center in Massachusetts

Daniel Knell has been appointed president of Quincy (Mass.) Medical Center, which was acquired by Steward Health Care in late September, according to a Patriot Ledger report.

Mr. Knell joined Steward last month as chief restructuring officer. Prior to joining Steward, he served at the helm of Spring Hill (Fla.) Regional Hospital. Mr. Knell succeeds Mark O’Neill, who was promoted from CFO to president of Quincy Medical Center in August before the transaction.
