1. Dr. Glimcher, an immunologist, is currently dean of Cornell University’s Weill Cornell Medical College in New York City.
2. She graduated from Harvard Medical School in Boston and later worked as a Harvard professor and physician at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston.
3. In her new role, she will succeed Edward J. Benz Jr., MD, who is retiring.
