Crittenton Hospital Medical Center names new CNO: 3 things to know

Crittenton Hospital Medical Center in Rochester, Mich., has named Deborah “Deb” King, MSN, BSN, RN, as CNO.

Here are three things to know about Ms. King.

1. Ms. King has been on staff at CHMC for more than 25 years. She began her career at CHMC as a bedside nurse and most recently was director of quality and risk management.

2. As CNO, she will oversee CHMC’s nursing staff of nearly 500.

3. Ms. King earned a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Michigan-Flint and a master’s degree in nursing – leadership and management from Walden University in Minneapolis.
