2. Prior to returning to Aegis, Mr. Smith was president of Applied Health Analytics in Nashville, Tenn.
3. He previously served as executive partner at the Southwind Division of The Advisory Board Company and senior vice president at Aegis.
4. Mr. Smith earned bachelor’s degrees in political science and economics at Providence, R.I.-based Brown University.
