Santa Barbara, Calif.-based Cottage Health has named Ryan Kelly, PhD, as its inaugural chief innovation officer.

He also previously held commercialization and innovation roles at Cleveland Clinic, the Scripps Research Institute in San Diego and Duarte, Calif.-based City of Hope, according to a March 16 news release.
