Continuum Health Alliance names 3 leaders: 9 things to know

Continuum Health Alliance, a physician enablement company, has added several new leaders, according to a report on NJ.com.

Here are nine things to know about the new leaders.

Sherry Anderson was named senior vice president of customer experience.

1. Ms. Anderson is responsible for the relationship between Continuum and its clients.

2. Before joining Continuum, Ms. Anderson worked for healthcare technology services company Availity in various leadership roles, including vice president and general manager of health plan solutions, as well as vice president of alliance management and chief of staff to Availity’s CEO.

3. She earned an MBA from Duke University in Durham, N.C.

Jim Way was named general manager and senior vice president of revenue cycle management.

4. Mr. Way oversees all areas related to RCM, including credentialing, batch control, payment posting, accounts receivable, customer service and call centers, applications and analytics, contract management and collections, according to the report.

5. Before joining Continuum, Mr. Way was director of the healthcare division at management consulting firm Navigate. He also previously held leadership positions with Compressus, e4 Services, Siemens Health Services, Infologix and was regional CIO at Newtown Square, Pa.-based Catholic Health East, which merged with Livonia, Mich.-based Trinity Health in 2013.

6. Mr. Way earned an MBA from Lebanon Valley College in Annville, Pa.

Mitch Kearney was named general counsel.

7. Mr. Kearney provides in-house legal counsel for Continuum.

8. Before joining Continuum, Mr. Kearney was the managing member of Kearney Drechsler & Awalt law firm. He has also served in the antitrust division of the Office of the Maryland Attorney General.

9. He earned a law degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law.
